Well it would be better than just the stock shocks, but I would pay a little more and get the tokico adjustables, koni makes some too but they arent direct replacement. The tokicos just released not too long ago so I am not sure where to buy them but they would be way better than the trd's. Or for the price of Stech and tokicos you could almost buy a set of coilovers.

umm yeah, you don't need springs AND coilovers. Springs=200 bills Coilovers (springs and shocks)=800-1000.

I run eibach springs and like the ride quality and drop. Will probably upgrade to the tokico's when the stocks go.

My QUESTion is... Sway bars.. Yes or No? Their pricy, either TRD or hotchkis, but if they improve my handling with the drop then i'll get em.

ask tein what shocks to use. theres a thing called customer service/satisfaction. Call or write an email and ask for their professional opinion. if you want to do it rite.

or check the SL forums. Lots of people are dropped on teins in there and some probably have done shocks too.

I read somewhere that Tokico didnt make the shocks for the tC and only for the xa and xb. The person selling them mistyped tC in the add.
