I plan on getting a double din but i wanted to get some input on this subject. Im not going crazy on my system, only 1 ten....maybe 400 watts. I also plan on making a fiberglass box for a moniter in between the rear passenger seats on the floor board. What do you guys think?

I have an AVIC-d1 in mine and love the fact that it takes up the entire area. If you have something else to fill that gap instead of a fit kit then go with single. ie guage cluster, turbo timer, etc. Also I would put the sub in the back. You will have a lot more sound and bass with it coming off the hatch.

Yeah my box is gonna be in the hatch area, Im building it right now....i ended up getting an alpine 12" type-e and a 400w mono amp ( nothing huge...just enough ). The box in between the rear passenger seats is going to be srtictly for an external moniter, i cant use my headrests cause i have racing seats. but i just hope i made my dimensions right for the box. I've had my tc in the shop for a week now getting hail damage removed from a month ago . Can a 32" box fit in between the wheel wells in the hatch area?
