Hey whats going on ya'll, just though i might drop in to intro myself. I was at a Scion dealership today and basically bit the bullet and got myself a super white tC 2006. Base model, out the door at msrp. Just wondering, if anyone can help me out, if this "pure price" is they say it as they say it is. Is it true you cannot go under the sticker price or the suggest retail price for a scion, ie cannot negotiate lower than what it should be with added features and what not? Anyone? |

The price is already near cost, but it is possible to get a better deal, but that would be a dealership decision (not Scion) to cut commission/profit. I bought used, so in order for me to get a better deal, the sales person gave me 1,000 more than my car was worth when I traded my car. |

Yea pure pricing means you pay the same at every dealer. However, this doesn't apply to used cars so you could try and get him to bargain down the car if it has say 5 miles on it... but likely they won't budge becasuse the car is in demand and they should be able to sell no problem. Good luck with it and enjoy... |
