How to Hardwire Detector (V1)

How do you Hardwire a V1 or any other radar detector to the TC? I have been searching but I have not seen any step by step instructions. PLEASE HELP THANKS[B]

All you need is a 12v power supply. Check it out..........With mobile electronics that just plug into a cigarette lighter, a 12volt power supply is all that's needed to operate it successfully. Take the cable, and cut the end off(the one with the cigaretter lighter end on it). Then you'll either need what are called fuse taps. They just plug into your existing fuse box, and still allow you to utilise the existing fuse. Then just take the two wires from the cable, run them(hide them), and soloder them into the fuse tap. That's it.
