 Yo i'm bout to buy the eclipse avn6600 http://www.eclipse-web.com/6600index.html and was wondering if you guys had heard anything about it. It looks pretty tight, just thought i'd ask around before droppin 2G's.

 yes they are very good. but pricy .

my dealership has them as a upgrade and i played with the one they have on disply and the screen isvery very good.

 yo F the 6600! I was going to buy the 6600 but then the sales guys told me about the Pioneer AVIC Z1. For about 200 more, you get a 30gig HD, a 7in screen, a jukebox program (for your burnt songs), a better navigation system, 11 million waypoints, dvd capabilities, voice recognition, and bluetooth!!!

soo much better than the 6600 i'm going to get mine next week.

Just thougth i'd tell you, bc if i had bought the 6600 and found out about the Z1 afterwards, i would have been pissed off.

 my advice is keep looking before you drop 2 grand on anything. Are you sure you want that to be your upgrade as opposed to getting a few upgrades worth $500... Are you sure its the best product for the money (as a day later you found out it wasnt)? All Im saying is $2 g's can get you a lot so make sure there is nothing else out there that you want... And then after all this make sure you find the lowest price. It looks great, so good luck with it...
