rather than try to hardwire 3 lines into one 12v line, i think i'll be safe about it and run a fuse source from the box lower left of the steering wheel. can anyone direct me to what type fuse and connectors i need to make this work? im trying to light up 3 lines for 3 gauges, thats it, just lighting and nothing else. thanks in advance.

If your going to try to make 3 lines into 1 make sure you wire it correctly. Parallel vs Series wiring is VERY important. Don't want to blow anything now.

Other then that.....try fuse taps. They plug into your fuse box, and let you add a line while keeping the existing fuse. Any autozone, napa, pepboys, or cap should have them.
