Damn these lights are a project. They are hard to make and no joke. They are deff worth it. I started at 10pm one nite and didnt finish till the next day at night at 8pm (about 22hrs non stop). Im so exhausted you guys have no idea. Still not done, i have to see when i have free time to connect my blue 6k angle eye (the white wire around the black bmw shroud)

s2000 projectors
s2000 D2S
TSX ballast
6000k CCFL angle eye (might change if i dont sell my lights)
Tinted Amber Lenz
BlackSandPearl BMW shroud

********will post more pictures tomorrow********

They look nice man. I know that was not an easy job to do. You have any pics
of the cut off? Where did you buy the projectors, ballasts, and shrouds?

That damn thing was hard to do, i know because i was there. Im in the 2nd picture kid on the right. I have a SW Tc and just helping my buddy build these projectors. To say the least the final product looks freaking amazing. The nicest tc with a retrofit done!!! All the lights fit flush against the bummper. The projector isnt sticking out, and the use of s2000 projectors, i dont believe any have put those in a tc yet!!!!!

looks hot mang. How did you guys re-seal the lights? Any problems with condensation? You should shoot a vidoe with the lights in action. Looks great guys, good work.

Thanks, yea im trying, time is my problem. If i could just have a few mins, right now im in the process of moving also so its taking up time. No problems with condensation and i resealed them very very very good. I used j b weld and clear silicon after that around the lights. As far as the cut off line i made it kinda high only because of the color and brightness and i only blind people by a lil and i wanted that so people that drive slow and that should be on the fast lane can MOVE! If anyone has a pair of headlights for sale let me know or if anyone sees a pair for sale. I will keep posting updated pics here so just keep checkin back here.

Ha ha, you must have been in a hurry to finish them, you didnt even take out the garlic sauce in the pizza box when you sprayed the shrouds.

So how much was the total cost of your project?

Dont be, i might sell mine and make another pair, but this time i might do double projectors, Hi and Low beams. I plan on doing s2000 low beams and BMW high beams and maybe LED corner lenz. If someone comes up with a good price then i will sell otherwise its not worth it after all the hardwork it takes to construct them. They are NOT easy!

its okay, i wasnt aiming to be first. If you have a link let me see it. I dont know if i was first to color the shroud or not but i like the black shroud more then it chrome, Its only clear plastic dipped in chrome and you pay like 100 bucks for them . This weekend, work is so crazy right now i have no time to connect my angle eyes so i am going to try sunday and plug in the angle eyes and take pics of the cut off line and pics of everything.

Here are a few new pictures i took but sorry for the quality, its VERY VERY HARD to get good shots, the camera bugs out because of the contrast of the lights. I will try to take more picturs, Time if very difficult for me right now so i did what could. Enjoy!!! *They might be for sale* Still debating to keep them or sell them to make newer ones with LEDs. These have no problems, no condensation.

Here is a side pic with the angle eye and projector on.

NYTC *Just laying low Chillin LookiN with its EyEs*
