Oil Changer

i went to glendora toyota in glendora, ca to get an oil change today, and well they tried to charge me $25. i was like wtf , i thought i get three free oil changes, then he said no, only at 5,000 miles then the next two at 10,000 and 15,000. so i just left the place. will all dealers do this to me, or only the one in glendora? my brother lives close to longo in el monte, ca, so would they do my oil change even though i only have 2500 miles right now?

they should do it for u no matter how many miles u have on it (within warranty)cuz they're just receiving credit from toyota anyway. so in that sense they just turned away money. they're dumb, don't let it get to u. just go somewhere else n patronize a dealer with better customer service.

in a way it make sense that the tC is not scheduled yet to be changed, unless its written somewhere in the manual that u can only take it at a certain time. im curious now, but im lazy to open up my manual.

I went to crown toyota, and was expectin to pay for the first one, but they said i get first 3 free, u can try there, i got 4,000 miles.

I got mine early for all 3 oil changes and they never complained a bit. 3.5kish every time.

(edit: actually, I take that back. the first one I got at the mileage they recommended because they said the oil had special additives in it to provide for a better break-in, so I should keep it in as long as they say I should.)
