i see most people with scions are going for the looks. Me on the other hand are going for both speed and to look decent. Im not looking to have the best looking car, but i am looking to have a nice 14 sec car. Anyways point is that i want to know of some light weight decent 16s with good tires. Im already dropped so 16-18 wouldnt look bad

my question is....why do you need a lightweight rim? Our rims, the 17-s, are already pretty lightweight for its size (they-re not awesome) If you plan to have a 14 second car... you don-t need a lightweight rim... lightweight rims are for track use only most of the time, as they are a big ezr to damage. (do a search, it-ll come up)Lightweight rims and daily driving usually dont- go together, as potholes and bumps can easily do some damage, and throw balancing off...increasing tire wear...H0wever if you-re rich and have the money...http://www.1stoprimshop.com/custom-rims/G-Racing-wheels.php

Yeah, I dont think it makes much sense for a daily driver. If you were going to swap them out on weekends to race or autoX that would make sense but the tire and wheel life will be significantly lower because of the possiblity of rim damage from day to day use.

I don-t think there is anything wrong with downsizing wheels on your car, but the unless you have coilovers it will not look good. I suggest going with a lightweight 17-
