I noticed that the beige fabric or vinyl whatever you want to call it, by my window what dirty from my windows being open. My question is what would be the best thing to clean it without staining or messin it up?

My gf got mascara on it (grrr. just about dumped her!) I took some dish soap and a q-tip to it. I figured that was the mildest degreaser i could think of. It worked great. That was just a little spot though. I don-t know about large areas. I-d imagine some sort of carpet cleaner or maybe shout spot remover? Just test it on a small portion first. Good luck.
