 I was just wondering if anyone has tinted their moonroof. I-m not so much worried about it breaking but the UV rays will fade the seats over time and I think this would be good protection against that. Any thoughts?Scott aka Mouse

 i believe it is tined. i know it definitely has a uv resistant coating

 I just got my windows tinted to match the roof and they put my windows at 30%. It looks like a match to me so I would say the moonroof is about a 30% tint and Toyota says it blocks 99% of UV rays.

 I limoed mine and I can still see through fine from inside but you can-t see in from outside

 I had mines tinted for like $20.. I noticed a bit of a difference.. It feels a lil cooler. But the EXTRA UV protection is a plus cause I wont get skin cancer.. hahahaha.. -melly

 I believe it-s already tinted... just look at it.So, the only difference you see is probably all mental.
