2006 tC manual trans. Sometimes I'll be driving the the car will just start slowing down. The tach says the rpms are steady, so it isn't fuel, but the car slows down. I down shift and give it gas do other things to get out of it, and it fixes it. The problem is intermittent but is happening more often. Any ideas?

How? I thought this manual tranny was a sealed system.

For the manual, you must locate the fill hole which is in BLUE in my picture. To check the level, the easiest way is to get under the car and loosen that bolt. Put your pinky in there and you should feel the fluid no lower than the edge of your finger nail.

Never heard/seen this problem on our car so other than that, I'm not much help here.

Complaining is futile when you supported the victory.

my boys 04' tiburon gt v6 ( haha junk) was doin the same thing or something similar, and i remember he ended up havin his clutch flywheel and his clutch master cylinder replaced to have it fixed. Thats a whole different car and its a damn hyundi. But all that might be something to take a look at.
