ok so i had an old amp in and everything worked fine. i got a new amp, plugged everything up and theres no sound from the subs. i think the amp has power because there is a light that surrounds the brand logo on the amp. but theres also an led for the power and an led for some other thing that says pro. niether one is on. what could be the problem guys?

Check your ground or your remote 12v wire

I would check the remote wire if it is lighting up that means it has ground so it should be your remote wire or your rca jacks.

RCA's could be in the wrong spot, maybe you got em' in the out ports??

Can't be ground or you wouldn't have power.

Most amps (or at least mine and a few i've worked with) won't light up if the remote isn't hooked up.

this might sound ridiculous but check if your subs are pluged in inside the box...ive seen countless people go through amps without even thinking about the subs being plugged in..

just follow all the wires and make sure the ground wire is grounded, the 12v wire is good and all the rca's are fine... but the rca's wouldnt prevent it from powering up.. you may also want to check ur fuses in the amp...
