paint cleaner vs cleaner wax

 is there a difference between paint cleaner and cleaner wax? I'm getting ready to wax and polish my car with Maguires products.. and i wanted to know if there was a diffrence

 cleaner wax has wax in it. IMO, paint cleaner is better because it's best to seal the paint after the cleaner, then wax.

 its would be best to use the paint cleaner first to remove any bad contaminants from the paint then wax so no bad stuff is left under the wax.

 If you clean the car correctly, you will have already removed the contaminants with a clay bar prior to any cleaner or wax touching the paint. Using either or would be ok (save a step with cleaner wax) after the clay bar.


Complaining is futile when you supported the victory.
