I use Mobil 1 Synthetic which is prolly the best to use IMO.

i hear synthetic oil is good, but i have read that once you transfer to synthetic from regular(conventional oil) you cant go back.,

^^That's a myth. True full synthetic oil is 100% compatible with dinosaur oil and synthetic blends.

I use Amsoil full synthetic 5w-30. Mobile 1 is good as well, but Amsoil invented synthetic oil.

^^Be careful with Royal Purple. Its a great lubricant, but its made to be changed often. It uses graphite as a lubricant which will breakdown after prolonged exposure to heat and will become like weld. It isn't very good to use in a daily driver unless you want to change the oil every couple of weeks, lol.

I think your chart answers your question...

Amsoil FTMFW

edit: you may want to do a little research on the valvoline because I don't think its a true full synthetic. You can't really go by what's on the side of the bottle. Mobile 1 used to claim to be a true synthetic but its was only a few years ago that the claim became accurate.

It should run 8-10 bucks a quart. You can get it directly from Amsoil: http://www.amsoil.com/a/synthetic-racing-gear-oil

^^absolutely. For the climate in Florida, 5w30 will be perfect.

As for the question of Amsoil vs Mobile 1, just do whatever is easier for you. Amsoil can be difficult to find and sometimes pricey if smalltime sellers want to mark it up. Amsoil is superior, but for daily driving, either is going to provide exceptional lubrication and protection.
