Sept 28th | SOMD Meet & Greet + Mini-Golf


Stu_Gotti Maryland, US Tech Advisor	It's SOMD's turn to host the monthly meet & greet for the Maryland Scikotics, and this time around one of our members, Jonathan, mentioned doing some mini-golf at a place called, Fun Haven Golf, it's located at 5075 Crain Hwy in La Plata. I talked to the staff and they are open on Sunday from 10AM-830PM and my understanding is that it's only $5 for 18 holes of golf. I'm going to verify once we get a decent roll call about a discount, however, at $5 I doubt they will go much lower. Prior to golf, we will all meet up at the Scion of Waldorf [tentative] and then hold our meet and greet there, discuss whatever is of importance, and perhaps get some grub. I suggested perhaps we could do something simple like order pizza... opinions? Everyone that wanted to eat some pizza could kick out like $3-5, that should cover things. Opinions are always welcome. Once the meet & greet is over, I figured we could convoy down to the mini-golf and then see who is the King or Queen of Scikotics mini-golf here in the DELMARVA area... I have shirts for those members who do not have shirts... so that will be available to all you members... Please make sure you add your name to the roll call if your serious about making it out, otherwise my potential discount numbers will be jacked up. Roll Call: 1. Stu_Gotti Maryland, US Tech Advisor	Well the great thing about Scikotics, individuals make the club better, so if you have a great idea... run with it! Let your MFIC or CPR know about your idea, post it up, gather the people and have fun! This was suggested by one of my members in Southern Maryland... we like to keep variety, because without variety, things get boring and die off. We'll be doing an Airsoft Battle soon as well... BUMP! I know there are loads of you CSTC folks that always want to come, but find a reason not too, break away from your norm and come out and kick it... if you have any questions just let me know! ;] Scikotics Northeast Regional MFIC Army Combat Veteran - 3ID Ft.
