TheFantasticG Tomball Texas, US Scion Guru	I watch them do my oil changes. But now that my 3 yr/60k mile warranty is up, (As of October), I'll be doing all the maintaince myself. My wife's tC is still under warranty though. But its the same way when I bring hers in for service. I'm in the garage watching them. If they don't like it, I'll bring my car to another Toyota dealership... Tejas Toyota doesn't mind me keeping a close eye.

Kurisutaira Godlike Advisor	well i know how to change my oil as well as most of alot of things. but i figured since my package came with the first 40k miles of free oil changes i wuld use it for convenience. but not anymore ill be the one doing the oil changes from now on or anything for that matter. if i need anything done thats out of my experience then ill just take it to a shop i used to goto "This is what happens when an unstoppable force meets an unmovable object"

Web Maryland, US THE SHADOW	If you really want something from the dealership, bring this and the other video to them and show the service manager and sales manager together. Service managers do NOT want to see or hear of their techs abusing their privilege to work on people's cars and you will win in the end. Granted, you don't ever have to take your car back to them again, but word of mouth spreads fast in the service industry. I would personally only take our car to the dealer for either a warranty repair or major engine damage. The rest of the stuff I'd either learn or perform with a friend to learn yourself b/c it's not hard and takes very little time. At the BMW/Audi dealership I worked at, if something like this were to come up, those techs would be on extended leave. Complaining is futile when you supported the victory.

Kurisutaira Godlike Advisor	well im takeing the info i have along with all the messages they sent me to my boss. i just remembered yesterday that he is a constable for the same district that dealership is in. so im just gonna try and find out wat my options are. but beleive me after they made attempts at asking me if my address was such and such (they posted an address) something is most definatly going to happen. im just not ready to goto the dealership yet because i dont want this blown off like its nuthing "This is what happens when an unstoppable force meets an unmovable object"

They didn't destroy anything, go through the glove box, race the car or cause damage. People have opinions and people are morons, cant get mad about that!!

Kurisutaira Godlike Advisor	they went into my hatch and was plundering through it...thats how they found my camera.... they plundered through my car to find the LED conroller for the underglow.... and they sent me several threatening messages telling me "if u know wasts best then u will delete the videos"among other things and even started to post an address to find out if it was me. so im assumeing they are possibly useing or going to use the dealership to find my address. everything i have now shuld be more then enough to sh!t can the techs that were spotted in the video.... Orin	One of the things captured on audio, edited because the footage was boring and the audio was muffled was the techs having a conversation about the contents of his glove box and trunk. It was pretty clear they were going through Kurisutaira's stuff every time he brought the car in for service.
