Yeah. It-s stickied in the FAQ in -General Chat- but I don-t seem to have the ability to sticky for some reason. Scionadmin must be pushing buttons

will the surronding paint get messed up if i just leave the paint chips alone

Could go either way. The chips could result in further peeling and cracking, and depending on their location rusting, or they could do nothing at all.
