I just got my nifty TRD badge. Yay . And as soon as my grilles come in, Im gonna put this bad boy on there.

But Im not sure the doublt sided 3M tape on there will hold it very well. Any other suggestions? If possible, Id like to make it more difficult to steal as well.

3M double sided mounting tape is perfectly fine.

just be sure to clean all surfaces that is getting stuck to the tape and you'll be good.

as far as theft proof? yea... not gonna happen unfortunately...

maybe jb weld that sucker on? but then yea... that's kinda a permanent thing.

Alright cool. I guess as long as it doesn't fly off while Im on the highway, Im content.

Haha, I guess its pretty hard to make something like this theft proof isn't it? If someone wants it bad enough...

I just hope that if someone does steal it, they put it on their Toyota Sienna. Hahaha, that would make my day

A friend of mine did it by removing the sticky from the back of the emblem and using JBWeld, and you could also use gorilla glue...and heat the glue with a heat gun b4 u stick it!

^ Sounds very permanent, haha.

I just might try it actually. But Im afraid that if for some reason I'll want to someday take the badge off. And in this case, I'd probably be screwed right? Haha.

Forget the TRD badge (because you of all people know I hate TRD) and just 3M my initials to your grill because it will make your car way more badass and theft proof because no one will fuck with JBG! haha
