 my middle tailight doesn't light up all the way, is it suppose to light up fully when i brake or just the middle part of the middle tailight? Only 4 of it lights up and 7 on both sides doesnt't.

 Yes, u are talking about ur 3rd brake light right? Only 4 are suppose to light up. You can buy a 3rd brake light with all lit up but to me it's not worth it. And i'm sure there is a pic someone will post.

 Correct, just the center of the stock ones light up. It boggles my mind every time I think about it, but its the truth. LED's are cheap as hell! Why would you cut costs there?!?!
