If you have a brand name intake such as: Injen, K&N, Fujita, or other type of lifetime filtered intake (cotton woven) And have had installed for at least 35,000 miles (or sooner if you live in dusty climate) chances are you'll need to clean your intake filter. Even if you have an AEM or TRD brand, you can still use an Injen brand cleaning/oil kit (or other type) they work the same. Included with this link is instructions on how you'll use a cleaning kit once you have purchased one. Cleaning the K&N Filter with cleaning kit instructions ^ignore the fact he's doing this for his Pontiac, the procedure is the same. |

this really works and the filter is like new! also works on K&n and Borla filter that go in the stock airbox. beware of the mad sciontist ! ask me your car audio and electronics questions!! |
