im getting a great deal on some new rims for the tc. but its a 45 offset, is that ok? any problems? im lowered on h techs and there 18x7.5

thats the same as the stock 18's. no problem oh h-techs. i had that same size and offset on s-techs and no problems.

it will fit, just that they will be tucked in but stick a little more out than stock.

It'll fit just fine.

42 would be pushed out more. the offset is actually -45mm stock.

+40 offset with an 18x7.5 wheel will sit real nice with Htechs.

35mm offset if good for most applications. You should drop before you get wheels though

Good offset depends on the size and width of the wheels.

see the thing is im already careful as it is now going up those steep ramps with the stock springs...if i lowered it, i don't know how i'd manage O.O. how do you guys deal with that jw?

I'm lowered on tein super streets and doing completely fine. I don't scrape anywhere and I drive my car to work which is in downtown and has dips every block or so. I may have to go over the dips a tad bit slower, but nonetheless no scraping. =D

I dunno, 3 inches maybe? I'm maxed on both the front and back, but it's honestly not even that low. I might go lower sometime in the future.
