Im so pissed off right now, my hands are shaking. I ordered my wheels monday morning. Its now wednesday afternoon. Decided to call them AGAIN today to check the status of my order since they dont answer my emails, and all the previous times I've called the rep never comes on the phone and I end up hanging up. So I finally get a hold of someone, and he tells me my wheels are on backorder. Their website DOESNT say the rims are backordered, why the f*ck would u let someone order something you know u dont f*ckin have without warning them??? Then he tells me, oh no wait, we wont have those wheels anymore. I'm like WTF?????????? SO when the f*ck were u planning on calling me and letting me know this? Its 3 days later and I'm the one having to find this sh*t out for myself? What kind of BS business is this. yes wheelsnext.com does blow gurl!!!! i ordered sum flat bronze rims back in feb that werent on backorder either. well 2 days later like u i call and find out that they were going to b held up for about a month! i was like u, said the exact same thing, they offered me the evo 5 i got now for the mis comunication. said it would take 3 to 5 days to get them at my door. 4 days later i still havent received them nor a tracking # so im pissed and called these fools up! after bout 1hr of waitin on hold they tell me that they are waitin for enkei to ship them the rims! i told them thats bs u told me u had them in stock at ur fl branch. they guys says opps our mistake! im like u got to b jokin me? he then states i promise u ur rims will b in by next monday(called on a tuesday). tuesday rolls around and bam no rims, they came on a thursday got held up with fedx. i knoe exactly what ur goin thro and it sux really bad! im very sorry that this happened to u aswell, hope things get better for ya and u get rims u want when ur suppose to!!! |

They're proly so broke that when someone orders rims they have to take your money and go find someone who has the rims and purchase them and then try and ship them to you. But like you they couldn't find any and hoped you'd forget you paid them a sh-load of money..... Geez you got me steamed now ....those F**kers. This was emailed to them from me: Just wanted to give you guys the heads up since you are running a "business" . There are numerous testimonies of the customers who attempted to buy wheels from your website. They arent too fond of the way you run your business or you're customer service. These are only 7 of the many I've received. From my personal experience with you guys, you should make people aware of ANY backordered product AND make sure your reps know what they are talking about. Face it, without customers, there would be no business. I'm not trying to bash your company, just trying to make you aware of your mistakes, and let you know that in the future people will not go to wheelsnext.com because if your mistakes, bad service, and misleading information on your site. I ordered the 19" KONIG UNKNOWN (MACHINED FACE) with Toyo Proxies 265/30/19. Immediately after ordering these wheels the problems began. Upon purchasing these wheels my credit card was charged as usual, in the mean time I found these EXACT same wheels and BETTER tires locally in Phoenix and were IN STOCK for $300.00 cheaper (including tax) and I could have them installed same day. After discussing this matter with the sales person at WheelsNext.com and to cancel my order he convinced me to order them from WheelsNext.com at a discounted price (close but not cheaper than) and being that my order was already in process. According to the sales person, credited would be put back on to my card once the wheels were shipped from WheelsNext.com THIS CREDIT HAS NOT BEEN MADE TO MY CARD TO THIS DAY! Even after writing to the company shortly after the order was shipped from WheelsNext.com. The next problem that I had was after I mounted the new wheels I was experiencing some vibration at highway speeds in my steering wheel. I took my car to the same local tire shop I was originally going to purchase the wheels at. They mentioned to me that NONE of the 4 tires had been properly balanced which is why I was experiencing vibration in my steering wheel. They then charged me $48.00 to PROPERLY balance the wheels/tires WheelsNext.com should have done "professionally" according to their web site in the first place. With that, one of the "Konig" logos has fallen off the same wheel that was the most unbalanced according to the tire shop. This was my experience with this company and I will never do business with them again. They still haven't responded to me and I feel ripped off and unappreciated as a customer. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone including fellow Scion owners on this site." 4) "I had problems with this company as well. First it took forever for them to answer the phone after many many times trying to contact them. Second it was about 3 weeks before they sent the wheels and tires out to me because apparently they were waiting on one wheel to come in. Instead of letting me know, they just let me wait. Then once I got them mounted on the car, the vibration was terrible!!!! I had to pay to have them re balanced and when I did that, the tech who was re balancing them showed me a big scrape on the lip of one of the wheels from someone who didn't put the tire on right. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are awful at their job and customer service. There are way too many good companies to go through so don't get anything from wheelsnext" 5) "yeah same thing here... they told me the tires is gonna be there next week.. after a a week i gave up.. tryed to call them 2 or 3 times....... they're customer service sucks." 6) "Do NOT buy wheels/tires from wheelsnext.com! My horrible experiences with their improfessional sales/customer service/shipping reps -Purchased 17" ADR Sokudos : Sent wrong color wheels. Ordered gunmetal - got hyperblack, but that was alright becaue I end up liking the wheels better. However, a mistake is a mistake. -Purchased 18" Velox VX-Nova : My friend got these. Sent 2 tires mounted the wrong way (direction tires) Costed $50 to fix. Wheelsnext.com would not refund that amount to my friend. -Purchased 19" Axis Mesh : $2099 order my buddy made. Plus $75 to fix their stupid mistake. Order made for a 2003 BMW 3-series. Sent 3 wheels with wrong offset. They would not fit my friend's brand new 3-series right so he had to get spacers ($75) and wheelsnext.com refused to admit their fault nor would they refund or allow him to return the wheels. -Purchased 17" R-1 GTR-7s: Ordered HYPERBLACK...got gunmetal. Refused to admit it was their sale rep's mistake. Customer service manager told me he'll give me $50 off but would not do anything else. I told him I will refuse to get the package unless I get $100 off because $50 is NOT WORTH the color difference. If I cant then I want them to resend me the correct color wheels. He said if I were to get the correct wheels he will charge me $150 for de-mounting and re-stocking the gunmetal ones that I did NOT order So....in conclusion their website may look nice and the wheels are great for the price, they will still screw you over with their horrible services and lack of responsibility for their mistakes. " 7) I must warn this story is painful and long! Those offended by terrible customer service should not read! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! Do not buy from Wheelsnext.com!!! Part 1: So let me begin. It all started about 5 weeks ago when i first called wheelsnext.com to price out and purchase a set of wheels for my new FX35. I was quickly helped and pointed in the direction of some 20" Gianelle V5's that the guy told me was black with a 2" mirror polished lip. Excited, the wheels arrived a week later. however this excitement faded when i opened the box to find that the wheels had 1/2" machined lip, not polished. I called back and explained the problem and was told by the sales rep that he never told me about the lip. Thank god i work at a call recording company and have all my calls recorded and saved, so i played them back to the customer service manager. They apologized and said they would swap them out. however, they didn't have any 20's in stock that i liked so i had to upgrade to 22's unless i wanted to wait another 30 days for them to order them. So an increased charge to 22's and an $80 return shipping fee that i graciously decided to pay just to get this over with. Had i decided to cancel the order they would have charged me 10% restocking fee as part of their return policy. Part 2: So it would seem that would be the end, and every thing would work out fine...again i was horribly mistaken. I recieved the 22's about 1 1/2 week later and they are awesome. They are exactly what i wanted so i take them to go and be put on and....wrong fitment (Hub size was 1/4 inch too small)!!!! So i call up my rep and yell at him, he begins to say that i am lying and that i should take a picture of how they don't fit. I get irritated and the tire shop guy gets on the phone and starts argueing with this guy. the rep tells me to call back tomorrow and he will go and measure the other set he has to see if what i was saying was correct. Sure enough, i get an appoligetic phone call back saying he made the mistake. Part 3: So now what....they tell me that i have to send the wheels back, however this time they will pay the shipping....but what they won't pay for is another $80 i have to shell out to get the rims packaged correctly at UPS. The process is taht they are going to be shipped back, the hub will be bored out bigger, and then shipped back to me. I agree because i have already sunk money into this, and to be fair, the wheels/tires package was $800 cheaper than any other vendor. So back they go...and i hear nothing. 2 weeks goes by and after about 15 messages i finally get through to him and he says he has been really busy. Well the wheels are confirmed on their way back and should be here by Friday. I just thought i had to share this story because it was sooo unbelievably bad! The best part is I asked him to refund me the $160 i shelled out (should have been more for the inconvienience) and he refused! Since, i have been trying to get ahold of the Owner but they all know me there and no one will patch me through to him. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH WHEELSNEXT.COM!!!! sorry for the long story. hope it was worthwhile. I needed a place to vent my frustration. Thanks for listening. Maybe you should post this on your site so customers know what they are getting themselves into. Im not defending them by any means but when you have a huge stock and depending on how many people update the site it could be a couple days before its updated they our backordered.
