With like the goldish rainbow? You could spray it gold and then spray it with some killer can midcoat and then clear them. Don't know how well they'd hold up to chipping from daily driving though.

^^ Not high temp paint. But if you spray a high temp primer and a high temp clear it should hold up fine.

Paint like that probably wouldn't be good for under the hood and definitely not on calipers, but it should be ok for anything you could paint with normal spraypaint. You could probably do the engine cover since that doesn't get very hot or like a radiator diversion panel...
