I live in Riverside / Los Angeles
and was wondering if there was a place
where I can purchase LED's or HID's offline near where I live.

Just want to check out stuff eventhough i trust the sites and people here ^^

you'd probably get the best price online for HIDs. there are a lot of trusted people we all buy HIDs from. The user operatic on this site has sold HIDs to prob a good 1/3 of this site and is very trustworthy.

You can check tuner shops around your way, but be prepared to get raped on the price. I doubt you'll find a shop that will sell them for under 300.
