Engine: CAI (Injen and Fujita are among the favored), Headers, Exhaust (Injen, Skunk2, Borla, etc.) Interior: Racing Seats, Shift knob, Shift Boot, Shorter Shifter, LED Mods to your Gauges and HVAC, Expand on you Audio/Video System Exterior: Projetor Headlights, HID Conversion, Tail-lights, Billet Grill. These are only a few things that can be done just pick something that looks good and go from there. Personally id start with performance and work from there. Im looking at putting a turbo on my car hopefully soon so good luck that one. Hopefully this helped and have fun modding your car!! |

Get a cheap ebay one, they work just as well, piping is piping, you can always upgrade the filter. And since u said ur young ur prob a little cash restricted, you can get a short ram off ebay 50 bucks shipped |

Yeah, the e-bay route is probably your best bet. all intakes pretty much do the same thing, it's all just a filter on a stick. and like the other guy said, you can always upgrade your filter. I got mine off e-bay, for 40 bucks and then upgraded my filter to a k&n. if you are really worried about brand names, go get a sticker and slap it on there. HAHA |

^^ i agree with him!! i say since ur a car is a manual best bet is to go for performance and then the other stuff cn come later! i mean at least dats wat im doing with my car. As far as intake goes i say go for injen is a good one and you search online and you can get it for a decent price( not shittin' on ebay but i prefer not to buy things off ebay and non-name products)also considering ur age yeah money is going to be da main problem(like its not a problem for us older ppl...lol) but n-e-ways good luck wit it and hope u find wat u looking for!! BEER IS CHEAPER THAN GASOLINE NOW...SO DONT DRIVE...DRINK!! Boys aren't the only 1's who can have fun!! ;P ~Shiftin Shortiez Auto Club~ |

I highly suggest AEM. I have one on my 06 tC and I love the sound it makes under acceleration. Plus I like the HP and torque gains. As far as I am concerned, cold- air intakes are pretty much the same. All your paying for is the NAME. AEM, Injen, Weapon-R, K&N etc, are using aircraft aluminum pipes and the filters are very simular. Some are cotton based filters. I prefer a filter element that does not require you to spray the filter every yr or so. Plus over spraying your filter can cause mass air flow sensors to get gummed up and cause sensors to get ruined. I have seen a lot of people using Injen, but I have never used one. Injen claims to have the highest HP/torque gains. I have yet to see an actual dyno sheet to prove that. I feel any company will say that they promise so much HP/torque gains to get you to buy their product. All your doing is paying for the name and putting the decal on your car. If I was you, get a full fuctioned cold-air intake, not a short ram. Cold-air intakes offer more HP/torque than a short-ram intake. Also keep in mind aluminum will get warm from the engine heat, vs plastic that does not hold the heat as well. Although aluminum I feel is more free flowing. Good luck w/ your decision. PS. I also wanted to mention if you know of a machine shop that can custom mandrel/bend you a cold-air intake that would be cool too. |

Well I ended up buying the Fujita F5 CAI and I must say I absolutly love the sound, and power and torgue I got (granted its only a few whp and torque) but I must say I'm very impressed with it. I back Fujita up 100% but go with what price, name, and style you like (polished or black powder coated). |
