CARB stands for California Air Resources Board and basically it means that adding the CAI is against the emission laws in california

The Guru

The best one? I don't know if I would be able to tell the difference between most intakes, haha.

Either way, this thread compares a few popular intakes:

The best intake is the one you get for free.

Most intakes are just sound + 2 whp + 2 ft lbs torque

nope.. anything that has to deal with emission is illegal modification .but some cops dont even bother.. it also depends how u drive that will make the difference from gettin pulled over or not..

TIP: Whatever u do for ur tc.. always keep ur stock parts.. Keep ur Intake when u get a CAI.. keep ur stock exhaust just in case u get pulled over for ur exhaust being too loud.. haha..
