this company SUCKS!
to make a long story short....
-their phones are now disconnected
-they dont answer email or aim messages
-they have an F on better business bureau
-they put you on hold, with no intent on getting back on the line
-they will not answer calls from the number you ordered from
if you want more detail.....
i ordered a set of wheels monday june 9th. they said they would send an emailed reciept within 24 hrs and tracking number in 48 hrs and receive the wheels in 2-4 days. i received neither email!!! after trying to contact them after three days they put me on hold for 15 minutes until i hung up and called them back. i called from a different number and they told me that my email address they had was missing a "-", which isn't needed anyway for my email to go through. so they lied. i tried back the next two days but no one would answer. they wouldn't answer my emails or aim messages. all i wanted to know was when my order might go out since they charged me for them the dayafter i ordered. if all this wasn't enough, their phones where disconnected thta friday. after being pissed all weekend about this, i recieved a mass email from them, which was sent to about 10 other people waiting on wheels, saying that they had been trying to swap to voice over ip for there phone service. i say BS to that. they said to contact them if there were any questions. thats funny because they dont have phones now and dont reply to any emails. they really "f"ed up by sending an email with all the addresses of the people they are screwing. i have been in contact with these other customers, some have been waitung since mid may. the company is doing the same thing to all of them. so now its thursday, still no word from them, big suprise. i filed a dispute with my cc company and we will see where it goes from there. i hope they have better luck than me! i ordered a new set from discount tire direct, a reputable company, and will be seeing them soon with pics to come.
thanks for reading...and...DONT BUY FROM WHEELSDIRECTONLINE.COM.. even if you get them on the phone, haha.

thanks for all the responses. yeah i paid with a credit card and did file a dispute. if they do end up sending the wheels i will have them for sale since i ordered the same ones last night from discounttiredirect.com , man what a good company, i already have the tracking number!

If they do send them, just send them back. They should have a return policy. Let them know they failed to meet your needs. And get your money back so you won't waste any of yours selling them.

beckaz_tc - if i ever do get them, i wouldn't take the chance of sending them back. i doubt they would credit me the money, i talked to a guy that bought from there and they sent his rims with 3 225/40/18 and 1 235/40/18 and they wouldn't send him a new tire but if he shipped it back they would remount a matching one, he sent it there and they said they didn't receive it although the ups tracking number said delivered. i mean they are really sh!tty.

after almost 4 months i finally got my money back for this company!!!!!!! it took two credit card disputes but finally got the money back in my account.

i actually ordered the same rims from discount tire when i figured out i was getting stiffed by wheelsdirectonline. i have had them about 3 months now.
