Ok so here goes. I get into my car and press the power button on my headunit, it doesn't turn on. My first reaction is probably a fuse blew out. Then I goto adjust my mirrors, and they don't move. Again I think to myself blown fuse. So I goto the store, then come home. I pop the hood, take off the fuse cover and pull out each fuse one by one. None of them are blown. So I'm stuck. I have no idea whatelse it could be. Has anyone else had this problem, or maybe know why this is happening? Any info would help. Thanks. |

there are also fuses inside the car in the panel on the drivers side to the left of the steering wheel. Not sure where the one you'd be looking for is though. ............... ![]() ![]() ![]() Search or one of these adorable kittens WILL DIE! |

The only reason I'm iffy about going to the dealership is because I have a system hooked up. I don't know if they are goning to tell me its my fault because I was messing with the electrical stuff in the car. The thing is everything was working yesterday. |

like frank said look at the fuses on the left side of the steering wheel, below mirror controls, behind cover, if im not mistaken thats where the radio and mirror control fuses are located. its possable whoever installed the radio tied into the closest ac hot wire they could find and it happened to be the mirrors. |

So, I checked the fuse in the car and all of them are fine as well. None are blown, so now I really at a dead end. I guess tomorrow I'm going to heading up to the stealership and see what they say. |

i would take it back to the shop that installed the stereo first and see if they can find the prob. it deals with the stereo so they should honor there install and workmanship, plus the dealer might charge you a lot just to tell you they cant fix it cause its an aftermarket install. not to mention they will prob keep your car all day where as the stereo shop will only take about an hour or two to fix, if its there fault it doesnt work. |

look at the fuses again buddy the one for the audio system specifically is #8 which is in the fuse box under the hood. now another one is fuse #35 which is your likely culprit... it's a 7.5 A fuse (it's brown in color) that provides 'ACC' power to the radio.. and GUESS WHAT.... ALSO to the power mirrors. (that one in the in-cabin fuse box) oh yea... and pssst... the info i just told ya? it's IN THE OWNER'S MANUAL. LED Swaps and parts available!
