 i ordered some new rims on monday from wheelsdirectonline
. they said they would email me an invoice within 24 hrs and a tracking number within 48 hrs., which they have done neither! since i placed my order i have only been able to get them on the phone 1 time. although they repeated my email address back to me when i ordered, they said they left out a hyphen and that is why i didn't receive any emails. they said they would correct it in their system and it would update in the system of their distributor. that was 2 days ago and still haven't received any emails. they have charged my card though. i have been trying to get them on the phone all day and finally i get the call failed message. the number no longer rings! i have also sent them two aim messages which they haven't answered although it shows them as online. i am not to the point of bashing them yet. it may all just be coincidence. i was just wondering if anybody has had experience with them, and if so, did it go smooth or was it like the headache i am dealing with.
