a light sanding is recommended if your not using krylon fusion paint. And the search is your friend.

Paintscratch.com does have great paint. I got my first BSP can from them, and it matches perfectly. Their nozzles are a little cheap though. Automotivetouchup.com is a little cheaper and of equal quality. Paintscratch is only cheaper if you need to get large quantities of paint.

If you say their tips arent the best, then I'd have to say automotivetouchup has better tips. Very good spray tips if I must say.

^^The paint we were referring to is colormatched to the outside of the car but in a spray can you you can do interior pieces and other little color matched projects.

If you're not color matching then Krylon Fusion is the way to go. It bonds to plastics with no real prep work required.

Hey guys

I was painting my waterfall console and accidentally a lil bit of the paint got onto my temp control knob because the painters tape apparently had a small slit in it. So now there are tiny specks of black paint on it...

What can I do to remove that little bit of paint?
Worst comes to worst I'll just paint the gauge as well then...

^^the AC knob pulls straight out u can take it off and paint it another color if u want. just if u do make sure to put tape on that lil lens where the position indicator will be that lights up.

if u want it to just stay the way it was u can sand it back down and there is a flat silver u can get. its not a perfect match to the interior but its close. u can always try that if u like.

also if u take the knob off make sure u tape up the area where it was b4 u paint the waterfall
