I was wwondering if i drop the car 2" all around and slap some 19"rims on it will i rub at all??? what offset and width is the biggest you can go without rubbing>

Keep your offset as close to stock as possible. On 19s, you're gonna be on something in the 215-225 range. Anything wider and the height of the tire is gonna throw everything out of whack. But if you're set on 19s, you clearly don't care about acceleration or ride comfort... so why would a rub now and then bother you?
