Not sure what you mean? If you are buying a new car and they don't have what you want on the lot they can order it and it won't cost anything. I ordered my tC. Took 2 weeks to get there. Yea im sure they can. I've heard of it being done. Dealers can swap cars or buy cars from other dealers. ![]() -BearZ Rules! |

You might have a hard time getting a 3.0 since that was an `07. Your best bet is to find a 4.0 if you like them. ![]() -BearZ Rules! |

Oh, gotcha. That is possible, but unlikely. The RS 3.0 was the 07 special edition and only about 2500 were produced. It may be difficult to find one that wasn't sold (if at all). Might have a better chance of finding a used one. Places like carmax will transport a car from another location but are sometimes hesitant if you aren't definitely going to buy it because then they just have another car on their lot. Smaller used dealerships probably won't do that or may not even have alternate locations to get one from. i worked at several dealerships.. as far as i know its gonna cost you..its called a dealer trade how much depends on where it comes from. if you talk to a salesperson they can submit a query and find what your looking for.. 3.0.. might be hard to find.. 4.0 would be easier or get what you want at a dealer installed price.. now im going of topic.. point it.. talk to a salesperson |

4.0 is ugly IMHO. Why not just order a new 08 SW and just get a couple options that you'd like. Personally I'd just buy a bone stock one and then take the extra money you saved instead of buying the RS kit and then put it into the car to make your own limited edition. In the 1 yr I worked in sales I did 5 dealer transfers for a sale, 1 was a 120 round trip. If they want your sale enuf and the dlr they r trading is close enuf it is possible. The only prob. I can c is the fact that sales ppl and the dlrshp make a small amount on Scions. Where as the 1's I did were about a 4-5k profit fer da dlrshp. |

*cough, cough*... RS5.0... *cough*... wait for it? anyway, a dealer trade on a used vehicle, i've never heard of and if so, i would think would requrie alot more paperwork than trading around new cars. LED questions? Ohhh, on a used car? Well if it is a used car on a lot owned by a major corp. say sonic or autowest, then the trade should not be a prob. at all. If a diff. owner... good luck. |

WHAT?! piece of shits here told me that i had to order it from another dealership because they didnt have 2008 super white tC's. so i was like okay and then they said oh it's an extra 200+ dollars and im like wtf? and they had the nerve to tell me that i had the option of picking it myself at another dealership 40 miles away. retarded -_-. so yeah that's how i ended up with the crimson red. |

I just bought mine two weeks ago from Jim White Scion/Toyota here in Toledo Ohio and had none of those problems. I told them that I wanted a 5-speed tc in the red (they had no manuals at all...any model). All I had to do was put down a $500 deposit, which went towards the final price of the car. They went out and found the closest one (happened to be only like 20 miles away) and I had it TWO days later. Don't pay for it. The pure price might not be negotiable, but everything else is. |

I was supposed to get an 08 SW. They had located and it was going thru bad weather so I canceled and got the BSP. They weren't charging anything extra and all I had to do was put down $250 which was going to the final cost of the car. |

my scion dealership did not have the one i wanted but they were able to get it from another dealership. No charge at all, but i'm guessing because it was fairly close. |
