my first car was a 1992 Toyota Camry. 213,000 miles on it. Leaked oil like a biznatch, the cd player stopped working. and she would cut off in the middle of traffic.

First FREKSHO: I had a 1994 Ford Taurus. Not too bad, good in the snow but seemed to be needing new struts left and right. Dad said I could have it if I fixed it ($2500) and paid him $500. Never paid him the $500 and ended up getting a Christmas card with it saying "PAID". I was the only one in my group of friends with a car.

Second FREKSHO: After that I had a 2001 Hyundai Accent. SLOW and crap in the snow. But, it was all I could afford at the time after the Ford died on me. Did my best with it, but ended up trading it for my first tC.

I think compared to the tC, they both were REALLY bad

78 Chevy Silverado Pro's - $50 bucks, had the white boat trailer rims with red and blue pin stripe, and it got me from point a to b Con's - No ac, put more oil then gas, 4 non-matching tires, Brown rusted body with blue hood, passenger door had to shut with a bungie cord, windshield was cracked, had to turn the truck on with a flat head, seats were ripped, If you wanted stereo to work had to wiggle the wires.

my first car was a 1998 Chevy Metro, i cant say it was that bad of a car, it just lacked alot.....

then after that i had a 2004 Ford Focus, which was a great car for a while, but the condition I traded it in as was pretty bad, and I took good care of the car. By itself everything started shaking violently, especially the steering wheel, and when accelerating it always sounded like something was grinding up. So everyday driving the focus was just more time i didnt want to be in the car

first car was a 1992 toyota corolla.
it was FREE so hey, i'll take it.
the radio didn't work, it only played cassette tapes.
it had manual window and door locks.
it wasn't that bad and i'm glad i started with a used car because
i got into 3 wrecks in that car. nothing major but it would've sucked if i messed up a brand new car.
teens shouldn't be driving new cars.

well my first car well i guess you can say that was a 2000 dodge caravan. come to think of it, it was not that bad, i was able to haul friends, haul my model airplanes, and haul my lawn mowing/landscaping equip. around! it was not fun to drive and i was embarrassed driving it. my dads present to me was trading that in for half of my down payment on my tc!

i dont exactly agree with this statement. i bought (yes paid for by muah) my tc when i was 16 and have never even touched another car.

My first car was a 1964 1/2 fastback mustang, it was a classic car, but I was too young to afford the consistant braekdowns. So I sold that and bought a 1998 Ford Explorer Sport, FUCKING mistake. I got a LEMON litterally. I bought the SUV for 5000 w/ 100k and put 15k into fixing it from all the problems I ran into.

Pros: AWD, V6, LOADED w/ all the features, lot of room

Cons: IN & OUT of shop all the time, drove w/o spedo b/c no knew what was wrong with it, tires kept going blad fast, CEL was always on, had to replace wiring harness five times, bitch to change the spark plugs, tranny went out, finally at the end of the life of the mother f'er the engine blew in the middle of a busy intersection(SoCalCory-it died right in the middle of Bouquet and Valencia- that is scary). Never again will I get a explorer.
