On 19MAY2008 I ordered front and rear Greddy strut bars. I ordered them while I was in Saudi Arabia. Ok, that's fine. They double-checked my card number info vs. the bank and found a "non-matching item" after some phone time I got that resolved. Alright then, ship my product. They actually didn't get my product shipped until 29MAY2008. On the 19th, I ordered the Hotchkis Bars, NST SS, and Ingalls Rear Brace (the Brace from CarCandy.com soon after). The Brace and Bars already arrived. The NST SS is late due to the mess up with the manufacture. Now, the Bars are on their way from New Jersey to Arizona. Instead of shipping them from NJ to me here in Texas, they are routing them through their home base then on to me. Why? I don't know. But, this is already drawn out way too long. I'm cancelling my order. I put in the electronic form, and will be calling to confirm cancellation tomorrow. I tried today, but I guess I called too late, as they have set their answering service to "loop" because when you hit #1 to get Customer Service, it loops back to the original message that plays when you first call. Their C.S. has been nothing but a major failure so far. Please excuse my spelling, I am pissed off at them and it's interrupting my ability to spell everything perfectly. ![]() |
