2009 Scion Tc iPod help

 In the armrest it has an Aux Port and an iPod port.. Do i need to have a certain ipod cord? or do i just need the Standard USB cord you use for the computer?.. If it uses firewire than I have one of those as well..

Early i tried to plug it in and for some reason it didn't "click"...

And I am almost certain that I just plugged it in wrong but i just want to make sure.. I mean my car is brand new and all...

 The dealer should have provided you the Ipod cord along with the purchase of your car, or it should've been in the glovebox when you bought it...if not go back to them. I got one with my 08 Tc and I have the Ipod-In, too, in my armrest ...I believe thats the cord thats in my glovebox now that's in a plastic bag unopen yet lol
