NonStopTuning Short Shift Kits are designed for today's spirited drivers. Contrary to traditional kits, NST Short Shift Kits are designed to reduce throw while keeping the height of the OEM shifter unchanged. This is something track racers consider extremely important. Installation requires simple hand tools and only a few minutes. The end result is a more firm and precise assembly, with shifts approximately 30% shorter than the OEM shifter assembly. NST Short Shift Kits are carefully crafted from 6061-T6 Aluminum or Stainless Steel, individually tested, and hard anodized. Aluminum SSKs available in a choice of colors. SPECS AND BENEFITS: Manual Transmission Short Shift Kit Firm Feel, More Precise Shifting, 30% shorter than OEM assembly Hard anodized, most durable in industry Engineered and built in the USA NSTSSK02 $78.00 Shipped. |

Yeah, it's definately not anymore than 30% reduction in throw. But, its stock height still, which is what I like. I used those instructions from the ScionLife thread. Wasn't too bad. Would have been nice to get more reduction and still keep it near or at stock height. ![]() |
