They are about owning at ALL speeds. do 0-100-0, or even 0-200, are a road course or anything else and it will own all day everyday. Alot of people purpose build cars to own in the quarter, like alot of tCs. But take them out of their element, and the Ferraris and the high end cars will continue to own long after that tC or smart car has passed what it was built for. So like said above, I doubt the owner of that Ferrari even cared. he new he didnt buy a Drag car when he dropped all that coin.
