 I'm about to be in this transaction. I'm trading my 07 tails for 08's. I'm wondering if anyone had to change sockets, wiring harness or bulbs? Or is it a direct plug in.

there is a DIY on this forum, I'll post the link in a sec.

Once the new tail is in place, the connectors from the new tail light plug into the car's existing wires.
