 Yes, that's true. The S/C psi is supposed to be controlled by the pulley on the charger itself and not an external pulley. With a S/C pulley AND underdrive pulley, the S/C pulley will spin faster than it is designed for, causing higher boost psi in the intake manifold and lead to a ..... POP....BOOM
