 What does this grill look like? I want a new grill but not the grillecraft or billet one. I doubt I will be paying 800 for one but I would like to see what is available.

 Oh its the new 1.0 series grill. It doesnt come with the scion badge. So its pretty clean looking. I like it a lot myself. I believe you can special order it.

 The dealership I got my tC at has no clue what I-m talking about when I tell them about the special edition tC Anywhere else for a reasonable price?

 Yea you can buy them, but the MSRP for one is like 1000+ bucks if you buy from a dealer. I heard Mcgeorgeparts.com will have them for a little over 800... Such a rip off IMO!

 Yeah ur not the only one Paul. By the time other grills come out(and look better) that one will be still overpriced.

 I think they are doing it on purpose so none of the other tC-s will get the RS 1.0 Grill. At least that-s what i heard.

 Am i the only one that doesnt think the RS 1.0 grille is that cool? I frankly prefer my normal grill, i like the little chrome trim around it, and it isn-t rounded on the edges as much. I dont like the pattern as much, it just looks like cheap plastic to me. Sure, I-d want to get rid of the scion emblem on ther front, but still, it-s not that bad.

 I agree; I really liked the grille at first, but after seeing it in person on an RS1 passing me on my way to school, I noticed it looked kind of demented. I don-t know, I think it-s the shape of our grilles. Very rectangular, with no contours that conform to the shape of the headlights. I-d like the Kaminari front end without the huge lip; the grille is very cool.

 I finally got to see it up close on Saturday... I wasn-t that impressedfrom a distance it looks okay, but not too much up closebesides, I like mine better, anyway

 Toyota had better be careful with this horrible pricing structure.They are selling a fantastic car at an amaziningly low price while hoping to make up the low dealer profit with over priced dealer chochkies. I don-t plan on buying ANY dealer installed options and will install all the extras I want myself at half the price. Not to mention I won-t be paying finance charges on an inflated stereo price.

 AMEN Kaitain, I totally agree with ya on the prices, I have found just about everything for atleast $50 cheaper then what the dealer wants. I didnt get the 6 disc or the sub b/c for $369 you can find a hell of a good aftermarket one, I plan on puting this in my tC once it comes in to the dealer, http://www.crutchfield.co...2700&I=113KDCX889 this is just a pic I-m not buying it from crutchfield I found it for $289

 I got to see this grill in person today and I was very impressed. I didnt realize that is was made of metal. The shaped of it is exactly the same as ours just with a different mesh style. Also whoever said the top and the bottoms dont match they are exactly the same!

I called the dealer today - $1300 for the stupid grille. I kinda wanna see one up close - everyone says it's ugly up close.
