Which Rims for My SW tC ..?

As some of you might know I just finished installing my Tein S-Techs. Anyway, after doing so, I thought about it and came to a conclusion that my car needs a new set of wheels for my new sexy drop.. lol

Should I get 18's? or should I just stick with 17's? I really DONT want ANY rubbing. I want to be on the safe side.

And what offset should I get? What is an offset anyway? Is it the width of the actual tire? or wheel?

Which Rims would look best on my tC?

Raze R74 18x7.5

R1 Racing 18x7.5

Kobe Viz5 18x7.5

Drag DR8 18x7

Drag DR25 18x7.5

ASA JH8 18x7.5

ASA AR9 w/ 3 Different Spoke Inserts
- no insert
- red insert
- cf insert
- chrome insert

What's your price range? Also deff gold rims

edit: What offset you need depends on your wheel size and tire combo. Offset is where the rim will sit in the wheel well.

Looking back on my old rims, I don't think I'll ever get 17"s again. 18"s just look so much better on the tC! And please get some gold wheels for your SW!

I like the single blade 5 spoke ones and the 6 spoke ones. I was gonna see if I could get a deal for you but I wasn't sure what style you liked.

Yea, I figured 18 would look best, but I didnt want any rubbing, but if I know it wont rub then I'll def stick with 18's. And gold huh?

Those aren't bad. 18x7.5 isn't bad either. I just don't like the multi hole design haha

Enkei RPF1 - Gold
http://www.wheelsnext.com...EI-RPF1-Gold%20Gloss.html

Axis Reverbs - Gold
http://www.wheelsnext.com...-REVERB-Gold%20Gloss.html

Tenzo DC6 V1 - Bronze
http://www.wheelsnext.com...ON%201-Bronze%20Flat.html

I can probably get a deal for the Tenzo's but they only come in bronze. My favs are the RPF1s because they're good rims but also light and well priced. It's a bit more than your range but it's well worth saving the extra dough to get quality wheels. RPF1s with Kumho ASX all seasons is 1724

1724? ::Gulp::

I love all your choices though. The Axis are more reasonable. The bronze, hmmm, dont you think its too dark? I'm trying to picture them on my tc.

if you get the tenzo's i will have to track you down and take them...lol. i love those wheels. i'm actually looking at those for my fiance's type-s.

they would look good on your car. definatly go with an 18. the 18x7.5 will fit just fine. thats what mine are. when you order the wheels the company will automatically send you the correct offset to fit the car. the only time you have to specify is if you are looking for a custom offset or something to be able to fit in like a set of fender flares or widebody something like that. also a set of gold or dark bronze would be hot.

Car is being put on hold until further notice. Work will continue pending on if i get the new toy i want or not. I will keep you all posted.

UPDATE ON THE TUNE. It went ok but a few little issues that are causing my performance to be less than expected have shown themselves. Now I have to resolve them when I get the chance and it will be back to PTuning for the finishing touches.

Well if you can, I'd save the extra dough for better quality wheels. Those RPF1s are greats rims esp for the price. They're also light so they won't effect your handling/acceleration as much.
