 How long do oem struts last when you're dropped on tein s techs? Any personal experiences?

 i never blown any of my shocks when i had the stechs. but it really depends on how good or bad the streets are where you live

 it depends on how you drive and the road conditions. Some have blow with as little as 5k with them and other are still kicking after 40k+.

 What's the average? I usually dodge pot holes and roads are alright over here.

 i had TRDs for about 25k, everyday commute and it was fine. I did notice the shocks were more bouncy on speed bumps but wasn't too bad overall. like they said, it depends how u drive n the streets you're on. Better of going with coilovers or struts+shocks

 Stechs aren't too bad with the OEM struts but it is a little rougher than stock. Sorry, I don't have an average number on how long OEMs will last with stechs.

 my bro has s.techs and on oem shocks. he said they are just starting to go out and he's had his tC for almost 2 years.

i'm on s.techs and oem shocks as well. so far so good and i've had my car for a year now.
