I just ordered my sway bar, when I get it and put it on should I put it in the race setting or street setting? Is the race setting too stiff?

Haven't tried the street setting yet, but the race setting feels AWESOME Although I've heard that it may wear out your endlinks faster :o

I'd definitely say the race setting for the rear. If you end up getting one for the front, that one should be on the street setting. You want a little bit of play up front, but not in the rear.
