Offset: 40mm Bolt Pattern: 5-100
Rec. Tire Size: 215/45-17

I know that 215/45/17 is the standard with 5-100 bolt pattern. However, I am confused whether the offset 40mm, would be fine. I don't know the standard factory wheel offset and would like to keep it that way. I have called the dealer and they don't know. I am thinking of calling toyota.

But anyhow, I have searched that for 2007 Scion TC at tirerack, so I am assuming it is good to go. Please help, further!

Thanks

Good to go

offset 35-45 is fine for that size.

Do you or anyone else know the factory wheel offset. I had customized cars before and I know that whatever I do, it will ruin the car as a whole just to look nice...so I am not trying to go away from their years of research on how to produce a good car.

Thanks again.

Another question,

The tire pressure sensors, are they affected by moving from 45mm to 40mm offset.
