Hanoxx2 California, US Window Washer	is there another exhaust system that sounds like the trd exhaust. I love the waY it sounds but people tend to bag on it for 1. not doing much for the car and 2. not sounding good with any other exhaust mods. I love the way it doesnt sound hummish?? or so ricy..sorry for the term

thekevin San Diego California, US Chief Mechanic	Borla makes the TRD exhaust. If you dont mind doing a "free" exhaust. just remove or disconnect the stock muffler. andino Manhattan Beach California, US Godlike Advisor	If you plan to get a more exhaust parts like a header, stay away from the TRD axleback. Gains from ANY axle back exhaust are minimal so don't like the "it doesn't give you any gains" argument sway you to get another axleback exhaust. Some exhausts that will sounds like the TRD axleback are: Precision Muffler (pretty quiet) Borla Tanabe Medallion (might be quieter) Possibly a Magnaflow As far as I know, the PM and Tanabe exhausts will sounds the best with a header due to their design. Not sure on the Borla or the Magnaflow though. Are you in SoCal? Come to our CStC meets! Located in Socal? Need something Installed? Have a question and no one is willing to help?
