ok so i changed my injen filter out with another injen filter, started the car and it now idles at like 400 rpm on the verge of dying. i looked at the pipe and saw that they were loose, so i tightened it, and it still does the same thing, once i drive a lil bit, it idles normally

Do you oil those like the K & N? I've heard of getting oil on the MAF, it causes weird idle and smoking and other stuff.

The other thing that everyone asks, have you reset the computer.

Hmm, Im tempted to say that since the filter is clean, your engine doesn't have to work as hard to idle.
