(note: picture is of stock piece, not high flow s-pipe)http://www.racingsolution...198/SciontCHighFlowS-PipePlace your order today to reserve your high flow s-pipe!This Scion tC High Flow S-Pipe is a direct replacement of the factory S-Pipe/Down Pipe. This pipe connects to the exit of the stock exhaust manifold (or aftermarket header) and mates to the entrance of the factory exhaust system (or aftermarket exhaust kit). The Factory Down Pipe is one of the most restrictive sections of the Scion tC exhaust system, at less than 2- in diameter. If you are looking to unleash more power from your Scion tC, then this High Flow S-Pipe is for you.

What does anyone reccomend as a FULL (header, s-pipe, piping, muffler etc) exhaust combo? I have everything stock + trd mufler now. Apparently the trd will sound like ass if I free up more airflow.......

Its all about personal preference. Looks, sound, cost etc. I personally am going with greddy evo2 exhaust, draxas s pipe and dc sport headers.

I guess I-m looking for an exhaust that would be quiet with the remainder of the factory exhaust system, but have a noise level comparable to my TRD muffler once header, s-pipe etc are installed. I want to buy the draxas s-pipe when it-s released, and I just want a few bolt-on hp but I don-t want my car sounding like crap.

Draxas dyno-d the s-pipe at 2-3 whp with a K&N cold air intake and catback exhaust system. They feel that a header will open up the exhaust flow and and make more use of the s-pipe.

I actually talked to my dealer about having them install a turbo kit...and they said they would do it...and it wouldnt void warrenty. soo why would a simple s-pipe?

Well, it-s not like they won-t install it, and unless it causes a problem and they find out, they won-t void the warranty, but they WILL very badly rip you off on the price of labor. It wouldn-t be that hard, though, to be honest. Lift the car up on a jack, and once you have access to the underside, you should be good to go. Just a lot of unbolting and replacing.
