my fiance is getting this for me for my birthday. she is also going to try and get me a set of the spec tc headlights. only thing that sucks is my birthday isn't until march.lol. i can't wait.

Car is being put on hold until further notice. Work will continue pending on if i get the new toy i want or not. I will keep you all posted.

UPDATE ON THE TUNE. It went ok but a few little issues that are causing my performance to be less than expected have shown themselves. Now I have to resolve them when I get the chance and it will be back to PTuning for the finishing touches.

at the moment not any good recent ones.. but here's this old one from a customer/friend


i really need a side-by-side comparison pic which two cars having each in the same picture..... that'll really show the difference.

though it doesn't reach allllll the way across (minus 1/2" or so at each end).. it uses the same bright as hell stock led array... (just 2 more added on each side).. so yeah.. it's bright.

i've seen VRDs.. the leds and the general design of the thing is CRAP.

if you don't believe me, spend the money and buy it yourself...
there is an obvious concavity in the upwards direction of the LEDs when you look at it from behind.

Lynley if you look at the picture above from Kristin aka tinyscion, she put up a picture of her stock brake light before doing the swap, as you can see it doesnt fully light up, only the short middle section does..this is definetely something that should have come standard for the tC

I plan on getting this in a week. Once I get paid this is gonna look sweet. I had seen an '08 tC braking the other day and when I saw her stock third brake light light up I was like "ew....why doesn't the whole thing light up?"

So yeah looking forward to getting this

I got smoked and it wasn't really that dark, but I just slapped on an overlay from customtc.com. Simple fix.

personally i love my oznium. nice and bright, not dull at all. and no problems witht he led's. like factory install.
