 bought a phone off ebay from me, paid for it, upon receiving it, instead of activating it under his account, he racked up 100 bucks in internet use and gay ringtones...not to much cash, just the principle now...

 Not to piss on your parade, but if I were you i'd just suck it up. Your own fault for not deactivating the phone. It would be like me handing a total stranger my wallet and telling them to have a good day.

If you send someone out there to harrass him, he would have full right to have anyone you send arrested for just that, Harrasment. Plus any numerous other charges.

YOU made the mistake. Dont involve anyone else in your problem. Thats not cool.

I am not MAKING anyone do this...it is completely voluntary. I agree with you, I was the ass that sent an activated phone. And I dont want anything to ever get violent or harassing, but this could be some kid and his parents might be able to be spoken with. YOU my friend are a debbie downer. I am an honest, sincere guy and if I can help instill that in someone else, well maybe the world would be a slightly better place.

 Even if its voluntary doesnt make it any less of a crime. But hey its your own fault. Do what you wanna do. Just giving you advice.

If I was the guy you sent someone to see wether it be voluntary or not, I'd make sure to press charges against both you and the person you sent. Even if I was in the wrong and charged services to your account. You wouldnt see a penny of the money. 2 wrongs does not equal a right.

Yes, call me names cause I dont want to see a member of our armed forces get in trouble for doing something that stupid. The Marines right now dont need any more bad publicity then they are getting right now anyway. Big man there. I cower at your Debbie Downer name calling. Whoa.. I am hurt to the core. Emo and everything. Seriously I think I may shed a tear.
